Note: Mary (Cartwright) Law attested to being Cyrus Cartwright's sister in a Civil Wa r pension application submitted by his wife Sarah. She is the only confirmed s ibling of Cyrus, other than there is a David, specifics unknown.
Mary (Cartw right)Law's death certificate confirms a George Cartwright, born in England, as her father. Unfortunately, no mother was listed.
Apparently Mary outlived her husband. She died in the Ladies G.A.R. Home in Swissvale, PA.
