Note:   Obituary of Iver Halseth, Little Falls Daily Transcript, Tuesday, September 4, 1928: "IVER HALSETH DIES, AGED 84 - Resident of Little Falls 37 Years; Funeral Friday - Iver Halseth, 84, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Flack, this morning at 7:30, succumbing to paralysis. He had been a resident of Little Falls for the past 37 years. Mr. Halseth was born in Norway and came to the United States 38 years ago, settling in southern Minnesota, and moved to Little Falls a year later. He was employed for many years by the Pine Tree Manufacturing company. Mrs. Halseth passed away about 20 years ago. Surviving are the following children: Hans, Rattlesnake, Mont.; Mrs. Carl Anderson, Dutton, Mont.; John, Bemidji, and Mrs. John Flack, Little Falls. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Simonet funeral chapel and 2:30 at the First English Lutheran church, Rev. J.K. Krogh officiating."
