Note:   Obituary of Mrs. Margaret Halseth, Little Falls Daily Transcript, March 1908: "LIFE OF GOOD WORKS ENDED - Mrs. Margaret Halseth, wife of Iver Halseth, died at 7:15 Sunday evening of heart and kidney trouble after a long illness. The deceased was born in Norway in 1846 but has lived in Little Falls for 17 years. Mrs. Halseth leaves a husband and a family of five children all of whom are grown to maturity. She was a woman of great sweetness of character and a sincere Christian. She has been a life-long member of the Norwegian Lutheran Church and has been active in good work both at home and elsewhere. Her children are Mrs. Gertrude Anderson, Mrs. Mary Flack, and Hans, John and Harry Halseth, all of whom are living in this city. The funeral will take place Thursday afternoon from the house on Second street northwest at 2 o'clock and from the Norwegian Lutheran church at 2:30".
