a. Note:   Obituary of Mrs. Edward McDonough, The Wisconsin State Journal, Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, Sunday, October 25, 1964, Sec. 5, page 4: "MRS. McDONOUGH - Mrs. Edward McDonough, 88, formerly of 3127 E. Washington ave., died Friday (Oct. 23, 1964) in a local nursing home after a long illness. The former Catherine McBride was born in Lake City, Minn.,and lived in Madison for the past 12 years. She was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Fleck, 3127 E. Washington ave.; a sister, Mrs. Anna McKenzie, Minneapolis, Minn,; four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at St. Bernard's Catholic church at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Msgr. T.F. Thome, P.A., officiating. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the Ryan funeral home, 235 King st., where a parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be in Lake City, Minn." McDonough of Madison; four grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Henry Russell at St. Mary's Catholic Church Tuesday and burial was in St. Mary's cemetery. Jerry Wise Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements. "
