"Clayton Hopkins Clayton J. Hopkins, 90, of Savannah, died at the New-Ed-Lo Rest Home, Wooster, this morning. Born in Greenwich,, he was married to the former Ethel Patterson of Savannah, who preceded him in death in 1962. Also preceding him in death were two sisters and three brothers. Survivors include two sons, W. Dean of Lakewood and Ernest J. of Jeromesville; and two daughters , Esther M. Hopkins of Mansfield and Mrs. Arthur Jentes of Wooster. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the McComas Funeral Home, Wooster. Burial will be in the Savannah Cemetery. - Followup Obituary Ashland Times Gazette Monday 14 Nov, 1966 pg 2 Clayton Hopkins Funeral services for Clayton J. Hopkins, 90 of Savannah, who died Saturday at New-Ed-Lo Rest Home, Wooster, will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Methodist Church in Savannah. Rev. E B. Welsh will officiate. Survivors other than those listed Saturday are 17 grandchildren and eight great grand children. Mr Hopkins was born July 23, 1876 in Greenwich Visiting hours will be today from 7-9 p.m. at the McComas Funeral Home, Wooster. Burial will be in the Savannah Cem."
