She was the daughter of the late Henry P. Tudor and Sarah Plant Tudor. Surviving are; her husband, Paul B. Westover of Farmington; one daughter Virginia (Mrs. Russel Wencker) of Florissant; four sons, Paul. B. Westover Jr. of St. Louis, Dr. Henry Tutor Westover of Flat River, Dr. John Glen Westover of Macomb, Ill., the Rev. Harold Westover of Mansfield, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister Mrs. Beatrice Haggerty of North Hollywood, Calif.; two brothers O. G. Tutor of St. Louis and Raymond Tutor of Normal, Ill. Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Miller chapel, Farmington, with the Rev. Cannon Kinnard officiating. Interment will be in Parkview Cemetery under direction of Miller Funeral Service. The body is in state at the chapel.
