Note: eed. "Mr. G. D. SCRAMBLING, of this village, narrowly escaped serious injury on Saturday last. While passing under Dr. Brush's Dental Sign, in front of Dye & Saunders' store, the sign became detached from it's fastenings by the wind, and falling just missed Mr. Scrambling's head." Note: Not positive this applies to this George, but through elimination of others, it probably is. Oneonta Herald & Democrat 4/9/1875 PIANOORGAN.-Geo. D. Scrambling has on exhibition at his house, on Cherry street, one of Geo. Wood Y Co.'s Piano Organs. The Piano in this style extends through the upper half of the manual, will never require tuning, gives to this instrument a wonderful capacity for variety, and adds greatly to its power, the blending of the two instruments producing a most beautiful and indescribable effect. Call and see this piano-it is for sale.
