Death certificate for William Wells states age as 73 years 1 1/2 months old, occupation retired, father's name as Thomas Wells, mother's name as Keziah "Mirphin". Cause of death was paralysis. His calculated birth date corresponds to the birth date on the headstone of his sister Eliza Ann Wells for a probability they are twins.
