Note: Peggy Smith as she was known was Never Married, LIVED COMMON-LAW WITH..... 1st Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They have a son name Wallace Wally Cecil Smith b. 25 Sep 1924. Wally was raised by his grandparents in Peterborough. 2nd James W. Outram when he was living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada 1930-1938. They had Hazel b. 8 Jan 1933 Peggy work as a fur buyer for Eaton's & Simpson's Department Stores. Neither knew she was working for the other. Jim said she was one of the best fur buyers in Ontario. The Furs where made by each store into fur coats etc. & sold in their respected stores. Jim & Peggy where both from Peterborough. Peggy's parents backyard was also Jim's parents backyard. Served in WW II, He was away up in the Royal Canadain Legion in Peterborough 1950's-2000's Distict Command. Wally died 7 June 2008 in Peterborough, Ontario. A daughter Hazel Outram b.1933 WORK... Worked as a fur buyer for Eaton's & Simpson's Department Stores in downtown Toronto. She was said to be the best at her job in Ontario. Death... K9V 2R8 1992 SAINT PIERRE, HAZEL LORRAINE (nee OUTRAM) Born in Toronto January 8, 1933 died at Humber River Hospital on January 4, 2018 after complications due to surgery. Daughter of Margaret Jane Smith and James Wellington Outram. Hazel is the deeply missed wife of 63 years to Martin St. Pierre. Loving mother of Michelle Colleen Marie St. Pierre (partner George Farrell) and predeceased by son Joseph Clayton Marc St. Pierre (1997). Loving grandmother of Chanel Christine Chu St. Pierre, Brendan and Tyson Farrell. Half sister of the late Wallace Cecil Smith (Viola) of Peterborough and aunt to several nieces and nephews. Half sister of Don Outram of Tory Hill, Helen Simpkins of Toronto and Jack Outram of Oshawa. Hazel was a lifelong student, an avid reader and a lover of animals. She was a longtime volunteer for the Liberal Party of Canada and sat on the board of the Ontario Society of Senior Citizens Organizations. Cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral.
