Page: Nov 15 1950, pg 46: Elvin A. Tallman Funeral services for Elvin A. Tallman, 55, of Olympia, a former Seattle resident, were scheduled this afternoon in the Mills & Mills chapel, Olympia. He died Sunday. Mr. Tallman, born in Preston, Iowa, came to Seattle in 1917 and moved to Olympia in 1932. He was a painter and contractor. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy, Olympia; three sons, James and Warren Tallman, Seattle and Alan Tallman, Olympia; a daughter, Mrs. Jean Holloway, Olympia; three brothers, George, Lawrence and Herbert Tallman, all of Seattle and his step-mother, Mrs. A. W. Tallman, Seattle.
