It appears that this is the right person (ref Find a Grave) and that they are buried with a son William at Brookside Cemetery, Carbondale, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania Her dob is given as 1855 which matches, and her dod is not on the marker so is unknown at Find A Grave.
