a. Note:   N83 The last time the family appears on census is 1840. I got William S. and Winfield Scott's names from estate settlement when Andrew J. died in 1897 in Jackson Co., AL. He had no children and his estate left to his brothers and sisters. Only John and Lavaga were not named in this estate settlement. I got ther names off the 1850 Arkansas Census (Pulaski Co.)in the household of John Finley. They were not on 1860 census in this household.
