Mr. Berry, Mr. Edmund Garrison, to Miss Bolling, daughter of Mr, Samuel Bolling, all of this District. (April 6, 1833) Perry County Know all men by these presence that whereas in and by certain indentures of Deed of Trust bearing date on or about the 25th day of Oct. 1841 and made or mentioned to be made between E. W. Garrison of the first part and Sam'l Bolling of the second part, the said E. W. Garrison for the consideration therein mentioned did grant the following land to wit, (land description, if you want, let me know)...The said lands in considerations of the premises having been sold under the aforesaid Deed of Trust on the first Monday in April 1840 before the Courthouse door in Marion, Perry County, at three dollars per acre and purchased by Benj. F. Bolling. In the said intention of Deed of Trust I, the said Sam'l Bolling do hereby, declare that my name was only used in Trust for Benj. F. Bollings.....(no further mention of E. W. Garrison, and land transferred to Benjamin F. Bolling). Now to Pisgah Baptist Church, Perryville, Perry, AL. (Our Edwards family church since 1830's/40's and today, we are still there and have an Edwards cousin as minister). Buried in Cemetery: Edward W. Garrison Sept. 29 1809 - March 3, 1901. Minerva A.
