Note: ouseholds down from his brother W. [Willard & first wife Delphy. Thos, his wife and 3 children: Alvin, Annie and Joseph at age 5 so born 1875]. Not sure it is the same Thomas, but Thomas Bolding is in the household of Ishmael W. Bolding in 1910 in Plainville, Gordon Co., GA, as brother. Thomas is a widow, age 57 (so born ca 1853). Both Ishmael W. and Thomas say their father was born in VA and mo born in GA. Ishmael's wife is Montezuma P., age 45, fa b SC and mo b GA; they have a dau, Kitty F., age 2. A few houses away is a Gravitt family. (Missouri, dau of Alexander and Elizabeth Bowling, married Mr. Gravitt) Petti Allen, researcher and descendant of the Willard Thornberry Bolling/Bowling family located a gravestone in the Franklin Cemetery in Calhoun, Gordon Co., GA. It is for J. T. Bowling born Jly 5, 1875 and Died (can't read). This might be Joseph who was a son of Thomas and Sallie per Petti. Also found is a World War 1 draft registration for Joseph F. Bowling of Calhoun, with birth date July 5, 1875, which agrees with the tombstone in the Franklin Cemetery.
