Catherine and James Dunklin are buried in the Pioneer Cemetery, Greenville, AL. (Names of children & dates from the family Bible of Dr. Hillary Herbert and hiw wife Abigail Bolling Dunklin. James Dunklin was also father of Josiah Newton Bolling/Johnson of Laurens Co., SC, born to Lucinda Bolling (sister of Elizabeth) some months after her marriage to James Johnson. Josiah was raised by his grandmother Abigail Choice Bolling, although it was said in court proceedings that James Dunklin offered to take the child and his mother, Lucinda, but she had already married James Johnson and divorce was not an option in those times. After Elizabeth Bolling died, James Dunklin had several other marriages and children by them (See above). Melba Dingler found a website posted by Elva Dunklin Anderson of Athens, TX on 30 Oct 1999, which indicated "The History of butler County 1815-1885" had information on James Dunklin. This history and the information of Betty Sparks in Jan 2011 stated that James and Elizabeth had these children: Abigail Bolling Dunklin (married Dr. Hillary Herbert; they are 3-grgrpar of Betty Sparks) John P. Dunklin Nancy Ann Wathen Dunklin (married Dr. George Ballard Herbert, brother of Dr. Hillary Herbert) Lucinda Dunklin Joseph H.
