To my dear and loving wife Hannah Ayres my t wo negro boys named Tom and Ben as long as she lives. After her decea se my son James Ayres, Junior to have Ben, and my son Samuel Ayres to ha ve Tom. My wife Hannah Ayres shall possess all my stock and all my househo ld furniture and all my moveable property and plantation utensils, a ll my bonds and debts due me as long as she lives, and to be at her dispos al at her departure to her children. To my two sons James Ayres and Sam uel Ayres the land I now dwell on and all the patent land joining there to it. Joins J. Murphy, Moses Cadwalladar, John Ayres, Robert Harper, Jam es Ayres, Junior, George Cundiff, Robert Mead and Malon Jinney, containi ng 1909 acres more or less to be "devoided" agreeable to the plats which M interfrin Perdue surveyed and made James Ayres his part of land contains d own and round agreeable to a title bond given James Ayres Senr. to James A yres Junr. and Samuel Ayres where he now lives and up the "stream" contain ing of 560 acres agreeable to his plat of his made by Minter.
