Notes
a. Note:   s of Christopher Bucher, in the estate papers of Christian Bucher, Grandfather, 1852, "Estate Papers -Roll 25, File # 103. On file at Wayne Count Library, Gen Sec. So she is definitely a daughter of Christopher and Hannah. I did not have her with the Guardianships of Thomas, Elizabeth and Talitha (or Tabitha).. Ann is named as a child of Hannah Wells Bucher in Philip Wells Probate Court Record of Petitions, Vol 1, Page 309, Tuscarauas County, OH, dated 7 Sept 1855. Ann Butler is in the 1880 Ohio Census, Franklin twp, Wayne Co. In the 1880 census on familysearch.com, they have her age as 31 and in 1860 she was 23. I thought this was an incorrect document. But, now as I have researched more, I believe this to be Rebecca Or Rebba Ann Metzler. I don;t know yet if Ann (Bucher) Butler died or if they divorced. Age of Ann is uncertain. In 1860 census, found Ann as age 23, which would make her born in about 1837. This would match better with Andrew. Either Hannah died after 1845 or Ann was born before 1849. Still researching. Index to Marriages of Wayne County, Ohio, 1813- 1898, Published by Wayne County Genealogical Society. Page 36. Andrew Butler is entered three times: marriage to Ann Bucher, 7 Nov 1856, vol. 5, page 36, J. Kennedy Min. Marriage to Talither Bucher (this could be sister to Ann) 24 Mar 1864, vol. 6 pg 224, P. Waddell Min. Marriage to Rebba Ann Metzler, 26 Jan 1868, vol. 7, pg 147. This supports my thoughts that the Ann in the 1870 census was not the same Ann as in the 1860 Census.
Note:   Ann is mentioned along with Thomas Bucher, Elizabeth Bucher and Tabitha Bucher, minor, heir
