Second, I bequest unto my sons Michael, Rhesa, John P and Philip all what I have given them or ??neither?? of them and any time in my life time or any thing that they may be oweing me at the time of my death after my Burial Expenses are paid and five dollars to my daughter Mary intermaried with C Mahin. Third, I bequest unto my daughter Mary intermarried with Charles Mahin the sum of five dollars to be paid to her six months after my death by my four sons above named and all that I have given her at any time in my life time and all that may be owing me at the time of my death, this above to be her shar in full of my estate. Forth, I bequest unto my daughters Susan intermarried with R. N. Van Cleff; Martha intermarried with John Bracken and Maria Cate intermarried with Austain King all that I have given them at any time in my life time and all they may be oweing me at the time of my deatth. The above to be there shear of my estate in full. Fifth, I bequest all the ballance of my property of what nature it may be to my fore sons before named. Page 413 of the history of Benton County states that Rhesa Conely was one of the first settlers of Monroe township, locating in section 12, in 1850 as a farmer.
