a. Note:   DEATH: 3/6/1960 Ida Osheroff spent her last few days or weeks in the apartment next to her son Bernard and Freda Sussman (my parents) at 20 Park Avenue, Mount Vernon, NY. I recall my parents going next door to turn her from time to time in order to prevent bed sores. I don't recall much explanation at the time as to who she was or why she was there. I think my mother must have mentioned, in answer to my question, that she was dad's mother and she was dying. That was it. I was eight years old. - Recollection of Michael Sussman
