Note: Alice Grace Sparks (nee: Willis), 91, of Penns Grove passed away on November 19, 2008. Born in Penns Grove, Mrs. Sparks was the daughter of Alfred & Giacinta (DePasquale) Ulissi. She was a member of St. James Roman Catholic Church, had worked at Wolf�s Sewing Factory, served as a Air Raid Warden during WWII and was a member of the Washington Club.
She is survived by her daughter and husband, Pat and Harry Franceschini of Penns Grove, her niece, Mary Ann Bowman of Salem, grandchildren, Ralph and Dan Franceschini, Gia Dybus and her husband Douglass, great-grandchildren, Antonio and Cara Franceschini and Gianna Dybus, a sister Rose Kerswill of Carney�s Point as well as many nieces and nephews.
Her husband, Ralph Sparks, predeceased her in 1987 as well as several brother and sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Tuesday, November 25 at 11am at the St. James R.C. Church in Penns Grove. The viewing will be held on Monday night, November 24th, from 7 till 9pm at the ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 18 E. Maple Ave., Penns Grove, NJ and again Tuesday morning from 9:30 till 10:30am at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Riverview Cemetery in Penns Grove.
