Note: Killed in a car accident in Apache Flats, Cole Co., MO on November 20, 1998. 8 days before his birthday. Passenger in car was Christina Rightenhauer. Stanton was born a Stoops. His mother was married to Ernie Stoops at the time of his birth. They later divorced, she married Larry Garrett, who adopted Stanton and changed his middle name from Dean to Dale and his last name from Stoops to Garrett. Stantons biological father is Lloyd Dean Moore, who Stanton spent alot of time with as an older child.
