The shooting occurrd at approximately 9:40 last nite. James Santucci, 72, operator of the cafe, is being held by the Howell County Sheriffs department for questioning in connection with the shooting. Ellison and a companion, Junior Johnson, were said by Mrs Santucci to have been "causing trouble" at the cafe earlier last night and were asked to leave.
