a. Note:   ADMINISTRATRIX APPOINTED. BOND APPROVED. Now on this day comes Lottie Collins a Grand-daughter of Joseph Stubbs and proves to the Court that the deceased, a resident of Howell County, Missouri, departed this 20th, day of July, 1941, and applies for letters of administration on his said estate and she being the grand-daughter with whom said deceased made his home, and a proper and suitable person, and having made the affidavits required by law, is hereby appoint Administratrix of said estate and she is ordered before entering upon the discharge of the duties of said office to enter into a bond to the State of Missouri, conditioned according to law in the sum of Fifty and no/100 ($50.00) Dollars. And thereupon shetenders her bond as such Administratrix in the sum of %50.00 with herself as principal Levi S. Collins and Willie E. Collins as securities thereon, which said bond is by the Court examined, approved and ordered filed and recorded and letters of administration are ordered granted and issued to her. * * * * * * In the Matter of the Estate of Joseph Stubbs Deceased, Lottie Collins, Administratrix. ORDER NO FURTHER PROCESS (No Settlement Filed) Now on this day comes Lottie Collins Administratrix of the estate of Joseph Stubbs deceased, and represents and shows to the Court that the estate of said deceased consists of only an Old Age Assistance check in the sum of $11.90; that she has collected said $11.90; that the funeral expenses of said deceased have been paid by a burial benefit policy; that said deceased had lived with her and was indebted to her for board and attention and she prays the court to permit her to pay the Probate Costs in the sum of $4.75 and apply the balance of $6.25 on said account for board and attention and that said administration thereafter be discontinued because of the depletion of funds therein. And it appearing to the Court from the records in this office and from the evidence adduced by Lottie Collins, Administratrix of the estate of Joseph Stubbs, deceased, that said estate consists of only an Old Age Assistance check in the sum of $11.90 and that said deceased was indebted to said Lottie Collins for board and attention, is ordered that said Administratrix pay the costs of Probate in the sum of $4.75 and thereafter apply the balance of $6.25 on the account for board and attention, and there being no personal assets remaining in said estate thereafter is it further order said administration be discontinued and said administratrix discharged and her bond for naught held.
