Gossett, 2 acres in Crockett, Lot #67, Block 29. 1880 Texas Census (Houston Co.) Harry is designated an artist in the census. he actually had a large candy and miscellaneous notions shop along with his photographic studio. Texas Patron, Vol. VIII #35, January 18, 1883, On last Friday an attachment was run on Mr. H. H. C. Eichelberger, who opened a few months ago a fancy grocery. He was carrying a well selected and well assorted stock and promised to do a renumerative business. His house was closed. The amount for the attachment was sued out for only $300. There are now four business houses with stocks of goods closed in Crockett. We sorely hope the epidemic has spent its force.
