Notes
a. Note:   [Ulrich.FTW] John Daniel is the immigrant and the earliest identified Ulrich on this line. Immigrant to U.S. between 1820 (year of birth) and 1843 (birth of first child in Rhode Island) Prussian ( German) As best we can tellfrom our family records, Margaret Boyer, a French woman, was his only wife. Supposedly they were married before coming to US. John Daniel and Margaret supposedly went to school together on the border between Prussia and France. Records of Richard Holbrook differ, and present compelling evidence. 1844, son, Frederick, born in Rhode Island, other children born in New York.
