Note:   She is 38 in 1900 and states that she was born in December, 1861. However, her death certificate states that she was born in 1859. She states that she has been married for 17 years and has 8 children with 6 living at this time. She is identified as Maggie and says she was 49 in 1910. She says that she has been married for 26 years and that she has 7 children with 6 living in 1910. She is identified as Elizabeth in 1920 and says that she is 58. Louis and his wife Jessie are living with them. She is 70 in 1930 & living with her daughter Minnie. Elizabeth did not have a will when she died. Her daughter Minnie refused (waived her right) to settled Elizabeth's estate and petitioned the court to allow Louis' daughter Ethel to settle Elizabeth's estate. Ethel stated that Elizabeth had no personal property and no real estate. Elizabeth was suppose to have received a "blind pension" from Pulaski County. A copy of these papers are in the family history binder.
