a. Note:   m he lived. His death followed a long illness. Born in Clinton Township near Stanton, he had resided in the Annandale and Lebanon areas all his life. He ws a retired farmer and was a farm manager at Gobel Farms for many years. He also was employed for 15 years as a correction officer at Annandale Farms, the state reformatory for boys. His only survivors are four nieces and two nephews. His wife Catherine Mahoney Pickel died in Annandale 15 years ago. Funeral services were held at the Bright Colonial Funeral Home. The Rev. William W. Erback, pastor of the Lebanon Methodist Church, officiated. Interment was at Cokesbury Cemetery.
