  Tract contained 99 1/4 acres and presumably ajoined existing property. Tract measured 163 acres, 121 perches
  Tradition has it that James built a cabin in the hollow on what is now Morrow Rd. Approximately at the bend in Morrow Rd.
 between Englewood and Morton (on the left heading towards Morton). The Delaches, who bought the property, reported that
 they ran into the foundation of an old log cabin down by the strem of their property. Tract was 50 1/2 acrs on east side of Chartiers Creek. Obtained coal rights to property.
