 The 1930 census finds Victorine, age 70, living alone in San Francisco, California at 1910 Palou. (Ed 37, Sht. 19B). She indicated she owned the home which was estimated at a value of $2200.00. Victorine stated she was a widow, was 26 when she was married, and had immigrated to the U.S. in 1876. Further, she was naturalized in Pennsylvania.

 According to personal recollections Victorine lived on Palou Ave. off 3rd. St. in San Francisco, Ca.

 She was buried next to her husband at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma, CA.

 AUFORT - In this city, Oct. 17, 1937, Victorine beloved wife of the late William Aufort, loving mother of Harry and Edward Aufort, Mrs. Philip Burg, Mrs. Grover Dalmas and the late Albert Aufort: A native of France.
 Funeral Wenesday, at 9 a.m. from Gantner. Felder, Kenny Chapel, 1965 Market st.at Duboce ave., thence to St. Joan of Arc Church, where a requiem mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Interment Holy Cross.
