NORTH HUDSON OBITUARY MRS. HARRT HYATT
Died in the Moees-Ludington hospital, May 10, 1927, MTS. Harry
Hyatt, at the age of 34 years. Her funeral was held at the Roman Catholic
church Friday, May 13th, and was largely attended. The funeral
service was preached by Father J Blais of Schroon Lake, whose words
of sympathy were so comforting to the mourning ones.
Beautiful selections were sung through the service by the Schroon
Lake choir. The floral offerings were many and beautiful, testifying to the
love and esteem in which she was held.
She is survived by her husband, father and mother, several brothers
and sisters and a multitude of friends to mourn her loss.
Interment was in the R. C. cemetery at Schroon River.
There has gone from an earthly home to a heavenly home a noble,
Christian woman, a loving wife and friend. None knew her but to love
her, and her Christian example as lived by here from day to day could
only come through every day communion With Him in prayer. To all
who needed help she was sympathetic in trouble, kind in sickness and
loving and tender in sorrow and affliction and her influence is like the
perfume of a sweet flower, cherished in memory long after the flower is dead.
Throughout all her sickness she always had words of encouragement
and the same bright smile to all around her, and sometimes one
could almost see a glimpse of the Holy City and the angei faces on her
own sweet face. So where the song birds sing their sweetest songs and
God's beautiful mountains all around her and the sun when it goes down
at night will kiss her grave with its last golden gleam, she was gently
 laid to rest.
