  In a Dec 28, 1982 letter to his sister Sally (Sabina) from the Bureauof Vital Statistics in Trenton, N.J., it is indicated that he waslisted as Jan or Jon Kotecki on his birth certificate, with hisparents listed as Jon Kotecki and Bronistava Albercinska.
  Stan Myers, in researching the Kolaski family geneology, has beenunable (as of January 1996) to obtain more information about John M.and Helen Kolaski, their three (3) children and other descendants.
