  Methodist Episcopal Church Church dedicated in 1882 and new parsonage built. To do this, the borrowed $500 from Church Extension Board in Philadelphia at 8% interest payable $100/year giving a mortgage on the church property. The trustees, F.E. Satterlee, W.H. Birdsall, E.S. Clow, etc. signed a note for $450 payable to Josiah Day who mortgaged his farm to obtain the money.
  OBIT - A son, George J. Satterly (sic) of Billings, Montana, and two daughters survived him, Mrs. Alice M. Weeks of Fullerton and Mry. Myra Smith of Hawarden, Iowa. Deceased were children: Albert E., Laura D., & Laura G. Also surviving; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Pennies, ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, plus six step children (see Albert Miller). Two services were held: Sunday the 22nd at 3:00 PM at the Methodist church in Fullerton, NE and then at the old home at Jamison, NE.
