Continued: George L. Stone Jonesville, Jan 9 -- George L. Stone, 58, died today at his home here after a long illness. Mr. Stone was a Southern railway foreman for 32 years and had served as foreman at Jonesville for 18 years. He was retired four years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ella Burgess Stone; one daughter, Mrs. Louise Rogers of Mullins; one foster son, James Stone with the U. S. army overseas; and two sisters, Mrs. Arthur Bundrich of Columbia and Mrs. J. S. Glymph of Newberry. Funeral services will be conducted at the home on Pacolet street at 4 p.m. tomorrow by the Rev. W. Y. Cooley. Active pallbearers will be W. M. Cunningham. T. E. Stehle, Albert Crocker, Joe G. Gallman, Charles Mason and A. W. Gallman.
