Note: Martha's will was found in the Upshur County Courthouse Will Bk Vol D, pg. 472. It was written November 1, 1932 and probated June 19, 1933. In the Will, it mentions Clydia Lorena Cutright, Troy (Foy) W Simons, Stella Murphy, Wilbie Simons, Juanita McCoy, and Robert S Simons. She and Sylvester owned 283 acres of land on the waters of Bull Run, bounded to the East by the lands of S G Casto and John Green; to the South by the lands of Lawrence See and French See; to the West by the lands of J B Smith and Unknown Williams; to the North by the lands of Charles Montgomery and Arthur Gould. The land was bought from I A Lawson (and wife) and Charles Gould (and wife). She left all of her estate to all six children, to be shared and shared alike.
