a. Note:   Seaborn was Adopted, he was originaly "Seaborn E. Walker" in December 1846 Seaborn Rawls petitioned the FL. House of Rep. To change the name of Seaborn E. Walker to Seaborn E. Rawls. This bill was approved and passed.
  In 1855 Seaborn Rawls again petitioned the House for adoption of Seaborn E. Rawls (Walker), this was also approved and passed.
  Seaborn Sr. & wife appear in the 1860 census, on the following page of the census Seabon Jr. and his family, Susan and son, WCJ ( William Council Jefferson Rawls) appear.
