 June 13, 1801 William Ewing vs. Samuel Porter, trespass. Francis Fleshart was on the jury.
 I'd seen this before but didn't copy it. Just wanted to have the proof he'd been there.
 Saw another court thing in Jefferson Co., TN for Francis, but know he was all over Hawkins, Jefferson, Knox, etc. It was all one big county early on.
