Note: Greenwood Index Jornal Saturday 13, 1945 Local woman passes last night at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Estelle Walker McKinney, widow of the late T. K. McKinney, died last night at 8:30 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Janie Clem 302 Jackson Street, after a year's illness. Mrs. McKinney was born April 9, 1859 in Lincoln County, Georgia, and was a daughter of the late Chesley Burton Walker and Adline Martin Walker. Survivors are 4 daughters: Mrs. Janie Clem, Greenwood, S. C.; Mrs. W. H. Clark, Ninety Six, S. C.; Mrs.J.Y.Turman, Abbeville, S.C., Mrs. M.L. Brown, Anderson, S.C.; 2 sons, H. W. McKinney, Los Angeles, California; G.A. McKinney, Greenville, S.C., and one sister, Mrs. Ann Murchison of McCormick, S.C., and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Jessie McKinney of the City; 24 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
