  Know all men by this presents that I Andrew Crozier of the District of Abbeville and the State of South Carolina for and Inconsideration of the sum of four hundred and Twenty four Dollars paid me by Josiah Langley of the District of Edgefield and State aforesaid have Granted Bargain Sold and Released and by these present do Grant Bargain and sell and Release unto the said Josiah Langley by his heirs Two Plantation tract of land containing in whole by Elimation one hundred Eighty acres be the same more or less being part of a Two tract originally Granted to Arness Crozier for one hundred and fifty acres by Grant bearing date 22nd day of September one thousand and Seven Hundred and sixty seven and from Samuel Crozier to Andrew Crozier by --- of Conveyance Bearing the date the 4th day of August in the year of Our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and four the other tract originally Granted Renga Tutt by Grant Bearing the date the 15th of October one Thousand Seven Hundred and

Together with all singular Rights numbers --- ----- to and appurtances to the said premises belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining - To have and to all and singular the Premises before mentioned unto the said Josiah Langly his heirs and assigns forever and I do herby bind myself any heirs Executors and administrators of warrant and forever defend all and Singular the said premises uto te said Josiah Langley his heirs and assigns forever against myself my heirs and assigns and against Every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully Claiming or to Claim the same or any part thereof.
