  Andrew was a Corporal in the Civil War in Company E of the 91st Regiment of Illinois Infantry.
  OBIT: Andrew Scofield of Indian Buried at Millington May 9 Millbrook -- Several relatives from this vicinity attended the funeral services of Andrew Scofield, 79, who passed away Tuesday, Mary 5, at Auburn, Indiana, and was buried in the Millington-Newark Cemetery Saturday afternoon. Mr. Scofield, lived near Newark before moving to Auburn, and was the father of Tracy and Lott Scofield, who owned the Millbrook garage, and was in business here for a number of years. A daughter, Miss Olive Foley, of New Jersey, was here for the services. Mr. Scofield is survived by his widow, Mary, a sister of Ed Sleezer, a daughter, Mrs. Olive Foley of New Jersey, two sons, Tracy of Esmond and Lott of Plano, seven grand children and a sister Mrs. Bertha Davenport of Kansas City, Missouri. The funeral party which traveled by auto from Auburn, Saturday, was served a lunch at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fla Sleezer after the services. - Kendall County Record (ILLINOIS), May 13, 1942 (Wednesday), Front Page
