Also in the house is Georgana mother Anna Maria age 65 born in England John is a day laborer 1880 census Jno Cuthbert 2nd ward, Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, age: 33 birthplace: Nebraska occupation: laborer parents born in Ireland. Also in the household is Eleanie age 23 born in England. Children: John, George, and Helen all born in Utah. According to book " The Hub of Eastern Idaho" the Cuthbert family arrived in Rigby, Idaho in 1884. They arrived in the middle of winter and slept in a tent until they could build a home. Photos taken of Rigby Cemetery. John Cuthbert has a large tombstone with a small one buried next to his second wife, Eleanor Blair Cuthbert 1900 John A. Cuthbert age 53 lists born in Iowa living in Rigby, Fremont Co., Idaho with his wife Eleanor and their children. John is a farmer. He lists his parents as born in Ireland. Next door is his son, Jno Jr. Cuthbert and his family.
