Van Arnam, Newton Van Arnam, Andrew Blake, Matilda Halsey, Emma Vanderlyn, Elizabeth Jeffers, James R. Blake, Fred T. Blake, Mary DePochee, Levi Cole, George Cole, William Cole, and the the Heirs at law and next of kin if any there be whose names and place of residence are unknown and …with the diligence be ascertained, send greeting: whereas Anne B Van Arnam of the Borough of Brooklyn, City of New York, has lately presented our Surrogate’s Court of the County of Kings to have a certain instrument in writing hearing date the 23rd day of February, 1899, relating the … and personal property, duly proved as the last will and testament of Jacob B Van Arnam, late of Borough of Brooklyn, deceased. Wherefore you and each of you are hereby cited to appear before our Surrogate of the county of Kings at a Surrogate’s Court, to be held at the Hall of Records, in the County of Kings, on the 29th? day of January, 1900, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, then and there to attend the probate of the said last will and testament.
