 Burwell Green and Ann, his wife and Francis Poythress, all of Surry Count y, to Robert Hunnicutt, recites that a tract of land in Prince George (1 00 Acres) was patented by Rebecca Poythress in 1692. 500 of these acres a re in possession of Littleberry Epes; the 200 being conveyed were giv en to Ann Green, daughter of said Rebecca and 300 acres were given to Reb ecca Poythres another daughter of Rebecca the patentee.
