Note: Sam had one son, Glen, who lives in Grand Meadow, Mn. and is married to Lorraine. They had 2 children- Susan, and David who was killed in a snowmoble accident in 1999. David was married to Dianne and had 3 children. Both Suan and Dianne live in Rochester, Mn. Sam and Leafy, his wife, lived in Spring Valley, MN.
