b. Note:   Charles Henry Harris passed away from whooping cough (14 days) & Acute Bronchitis (3 days duration), on the 28th Jan 1906 at 5 Beauchamp Road, Sutton Surrey England. He was only 2 years 9 months and 25 days old.
  He is stated as the son of George Harriss a butcher.
 Charles uncle C. W Jones (Charles William Jones) his mothers older brother who also lived at 5 Beauchamp Road with his family was the informant.
  Henry George Harris (the father) may have gone by his middle name George or they may of left off his first name by accident on this certificate.
 Harriss spelling may be a spelling mistake as the family went by Harris on all legal documents.
