 Rejected, 04/11/1873 for want of proof of marriage, death of soldier, widowhood of applicant & abandonment of claim (three months having elapsed since special circular was sent to her.)
 In 1871, widow gave her age as 74. Other data in application: Soldier discharged near Norfolk in Spring 1815; Elizabeth nee Mylor married Leonard Osborn 09/04/1813 was attested by Josiah Osborn in Greenbrier Co; Soldier died in his home 12/20/1870 & she has not remarried. papers witnesses by Thomas H. Campbell & Joseph Patterson.
 Rejection papers handed by Elizabeth to C.A. Rupert who looked up the marriage in records & found that they married 09/04/1815.'
