Note: Edwin and his first wife, Sadie (Hamm) Schock, were married by Justice of the Peace, Edwin A. Boyer (Carbon Co. marriage license #30935). After her death,
Edwin was remarried to Betty J. (Green) Leindecker by Justice of the Peace,
Wheaton W. Williams (Carbon Co. marriage license #36610). In 1938, 1966 and
1972 Edwin was living in Palmerton, PA. In 1989 he was living at 991 Hazard
Road, Palmerton.
Edwin was a laborer for New Jersey Zinc Co., Palmerton, for 40 years, retiring
in 1977.
Edwin died in Gnaden Huetten Nursing and Convalescent Center and was buried in
Towamensing Cemetery at St. John's Church near Palmerton. (Obit in "The Morning
