Earl was a 1982 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School. He was a heavy equipment operator for Frantz Brothers, Kunkletown, for two years, and had previously been a mechanic at Krome Chevrolet, Gilbert, for five years. He was
a member of the Kunkletown Rod and Gun Club Archers, the Grundsow Lodge 6, the West End Fair Association, and Jerusalem Lutheran Church. In 1993 he was living in Kunkletown.
Earl died when he was ejected from his pickup truck when he struck an embankment along a rural road in Towamensing Twp. He was buried in Jerusalem Church cemetery at Trachsville. (Obit in "Pocono Record", Stroudsburg, Monday, 1 November 1993, pg. 17)
