Notes

Note: After John's death, Quillie lived in Harlingen for several years, then lived with her daughter, Mildred, in Tulsa, Oklahoma for about 5 years. Then she moved to an apartment in the Oral Roberts Retirement Community in Tulsa.
She enjoyed living there for several years and was involved in many of the activities offered as well as taking many bus trips around Tulsa. Unfortunately, she fell and broke her hip and wrist, which took quite a while to heal. After that she couldn't be as active, but still enjoyed the social life at the retirement center.
Quillie passed away in the care unit of the retirement center at age 92.
