  OBITUARIES
  Miss Allie Mae Nixon
  (LAGRANGE, Ga.) Miss Allie Mae Nixon, age 83, of LaGrange, Ga., died Monday,
 March 4, 1985 in West Georgia Medical Center after months of declining health.
  Miss Nixon was born in Randolph County and resided in LaGrange for 60 years.
 She was retired from the Dixie Division of West Point Pepperell Manufacturing
 Company and was a member of Second Baptist Church of LaGrange.
  Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Ruby Freeman and Mrs. Edna Truett of
 LaGrange, and Mrs. Leola Ginnings and Mrs. Eris Huddleston of Talladega; three
 brothers, Tom John Nixon and Dave Nixon of Talladega, and Winfred Nixon of
 Bowdon, Ga.; and several nieces and nephews.
  Graveside funeral rites were held Tuesday, March 5 at 2 p.m. at Shadowlawn
 Cemetery with the Rev. Richard B. Quarles officiating.
  Hunter-Allen-Myhand Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
