Do you know of any Nixons living in Pike County? I talked to a lady at the church and she told me a man lived accross the road named Sam NIXON. He was BORNED in the late 20s or early 30s. He was my grandfather. His wife Louise Peaden Nixon lived to be 97. She died Saturday, December 4th in Spalding County and will be buried beside him at 2:00 p.m. today in the Neal Baptist Cemetery off Highway 18 in Pike County. "LaGrange Daily News" LaGrange, Troup Co., Georgia Monday, May 5, 2003 Clarence Charles Nixon Clarence Charles Nixon, 56, of 325 Alford St., died Friday at West Georgia Medical Center. Mr. Nixon was born in Upson County and was employed as a machinist for the Exxon Mobil Corporation. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Nixon; his mother, Inez Nixon and four grandchildren. There was a private graveside service Saturday in Thomaston. Memorial services will be at a later date to be announced. Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Arthritis Foundation, P.O.
